ABOUT US
Beginnings
Pomodoro Cuisine was founded by husband-and-wife team Silvia and Michel, who combined their passions for food, hospitality, and service to bring chef-crafted meals to the Treasure Coast. With Silvia earning her degree in Spain and developing a background in corporate events, protocol, dinner etiquette and hospitality, and Michel’s nearly two decades of professional culinary experience, Pomodoro Cuisine was built on a commitment to quality, convenience, and exceptional customer care.
Michel has worked in professional kitchens since 2008, gaining experience in fine dining restaurants, resort restaurants, catering, and high-volume events. Throughout his career, he has prepared meals for celebrities, public figures, and distinguished guests while developing advanced culinary skills in fine dining techniques, scratch cooking, and classical sauce preparation. His experience extends beyond cooking to kitchen operations, including menu development, inventory management, staff leadership, food safety, and quality control.
Outside of the kitchen, we’re passionate about health and endurance sports. Completing races from 5Ks to 100 miles. This husband and wife team believes food should be both nourishing and enjoyable. That philosophy guides every meal we prepare.
Therefore, at Pomodoro Cuisine, our mission is simpleโbring fine-dining quality, wholesome ingredients, and personalized food experiences to our neighbors along the Treasure Coast. Whether itโs meal prep, custom menus, sauces made from scratch, or private chef services, weโre committed to elevating everyday meals into something memorable.
