With Michel’s culinary background as a chef and Silvia’s expertise in corporate events, protocol, and etiquette, Pomodoro Cuisine came to life as a seamless blend of skill, creativity, and hospitality—right here in Vero Beach, Florida.
Beyond the kitchen, we’re also ultrarunning enthusiasts. Michel has completed endurance races all the way to 100 miles, and our active lifestyle fuels our belief that food should be both nourishing and exceptional. That mindset guides everything we make: fresh, chef-crafted dishes prepared with the same care, discipline, and passion that endurance sport demands.
