Orders not picked up within the scheduled timeframe may be discarded for food safety reasons without refund.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to be eligible for store credit or refund consideration. Catering and large orders must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance and the 50% deposit is non-refundable due to product loss purchases.
Refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued at our sole discretion for issues involving:
- Incorrect orders
- Missing items
- Quality concerns
- Delivery errors caused by our business
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order regarding any issues.
8. Subscription Services
Subscription meal plans automatically renew unless canceled before the stated cutoff deadline.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions and payment methods.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, menus, or scheduling with reasonable notice.
